It's funny how something as basic as correct time (for anywhere in the Country) could make me happier...but it screams a blase "I don't care" attitude.

If it's not an easy fix...well...the software is *****.

For certain, the site has clearly lost a lot of members and kind of spinning wheels with the chain off.

If this lack of traffic isn't triggering a panicked interest to fix it...why bother posting? Or visiting? Or clicking ebay links?

I don't get it.
My time is actually spot on. How off is yours, Mike?

I can't change the software back.

From my standpoint, the software is easier to use than ever. It is very simple, and works pretty seamlessly. I don't know what issue you guys are facing with it deleting posts, because I just have never seen that happen.

The only issue in this thread that I can remotely affect short of nuking the whole thing is the clock. (edit, actually the clock is right on the money, nevermind)

Chris, whenever I post in a thread (using quick reply) and I put a smiley in my post...when I submit the post the smiley stays in the quick reply box so when I go back to the forum I always get a popup asking if I want to leave the page. Very annoying....any possible fix for this? Surely I can't be the only one this happens to...

Argh!

Chris, type out a sentence and end it with a smiley. It stays in the box afterwards everytime. I can avoid that by going to the advanced reply box, but it' much easier to use quick reply.

Scotty, it just happened to me when I hit the reload button as there as text in the window. As long as the window stays clear of text it shouldn't do that. Just delete the smiley and navigate to other pages.

I've gotten pretty used to the site now. I'm pretty familiar with VBulletin and I think it's more user friendly than the other message board. The pic thing threw me off at first because of the attachment deal, but I just write in the img tags to make it easier. So far, there hasn't been any server errors like with the last message board database, so that's a BIG bonus.

I have noticed that the transactions threads have gotten fewer and fewer, but I don't think that's because of the layout.

Some idiot had their board time stuck on the default location of Western Europe. And while I hear Lisbon is incredible, only my brain was on a siesta.

My time may be right at the present time...but I'm somewhere in the air between LA and Chicago right now.

I was living under Western Europe time for a while too.
Boy did I feel stupid when I found out how easy it was to correct it.
Other than that I haven't had any problems. :D

It's a web site. If you can't figure out how to use it.. Walk out to your car.. Take your pants down.. Open your trunk.. Place your junk in the path of the lid.. Slam trunk.. Because reproduction should not be an option.

I was gone til the app was ready. It's a clean simple app and it makes my browsing experience easier than safari.

New site is great on tapatalk, you guys should check into it.

I find the new site better, all except the quote feature. Sucks only being able to quote one reply. I find this is destroying long convos.

Ps, Its 1256 am and it says 456am for me :(
