I don't think our paths have ever crossed, in a good or bad way, but this sort of thing is never easy. Cards -- and women -- can be replaced. If she's the type that would trash your stuff on her way out, it's probably for the best. There are no kids involved (right?) and as such, there is always another "box to rip". It will just complicate matters even further and if there is hope of salvaging this, having a criminal court case between us will hinder a happy outcome. It is what it is. I haven't really talked much about the incident with her but yes, she threw away my cards in one of the local trash sites in the county. I do have a scant few cards here and there buy my pride and joy of the collection is now sitting under dirty diapers and rotting garbage. Its ok. Some way somehow I will rebuild. Its gonna take a muuuuuuuuuuuuuuch loonnger time this time though.
