Which 2+ year star-players' best RCs are the cheapest

I have been buying boatloads of 2002 Bowman Chrome Shin-Soo Choos for UNDER $1 a piece all year long. That is crazy to me. Any other "star" players who have been in the league for at least 2 seasons who's best possible RC sells for peanuts?

I'm talking about the players' BEST rookie card. The 02 Chrome Cain is his best, but I'm not sure what they have been selling for.

under 5 most times raw i would say. i should buy more. but working on a national league all star bowman chrome (auto/first year) collection-just started.
