I got $200 to spend - strictly on boxes

Looking for baseball or basketball ONLY

I was thinking about USA Baseball as one of them

3 Boxes is the Maximum.

Everybody that makes a post on here giving input - will be randomized to win a lot of Autos/gu/inserts and numbered cards.

I'd go Durant hunting with some 07/08 Hot Prospects. The box price is way down. And the "Postmarks" are awesome looking plus they did a good job with the patches too.

I would go with bowman chrome D/P from 2009. Alot of the players are starting to heat up an you could get 2-3 boxes online.

I like the Hot Prospects basketball that somebody mentioned, but since that's already been said, I'll throw another out there......

I was looking through older basketball products this past weekend, specifically looking at 07/08 (Durant rookie year) and other than the Hot Prospects, I was most interested in - 07/08 SP Rookie Threads Box.
I think it would be a fun break with 14 hits - and the PETG Rookie auto's look great.
The only thing is they were discounted this weekend on Blowout around $130, but are now back up to $152.....If you were interested I'd wait until the weekend to see if it is discounted again (since they seem to repeat the weekend sales) or make a $132 offer.......If I could get it at that price, I'd go with that along with the USA baseball or whatever else interested you in that price range.

Ill probaly pass on the heroes and masterpeices just because im looking for something a little higher end.


07/08 hot Prospects is a good possibility

Im looking for something where its not a big hit or miss.
Like the new panini product where there are a ton of rookie autos plus kobe, dwight, magic etc..

Load up on 09 Bowman while it's dirt cheap... then, when the next Jason Heyward emerges, you'll be rich! Or something like that. My other vote is Sweet Spot, and I've enjoyed watching box breaks of Prominent Cuts, although it's not even sports related other than MMA.

From Atlanta Sports Cards, 2 boxes 02 Leaf Certified baseball$73 each, 5 jerseys/ box. Alot of Ruth, Gehrig, Ott, Clemente etc. And 1 box 06 Artifacts baseball $49 3 jerseys 1 auto. Jumbo Gehrig, Paige, Pujols etc.Patch autos & button tag auto 1/1 and lots of Ripken, Jeter , Griffey autos and they're not redemptions..

I would go with 3 boxes of 09 draft baseball and 1 box of 09 USA baseball. The ammount of color in 09 draft is AMAZING. It is really the best in years. I have busted very few boxes and pulled a many colored autos, only one or two base autos too.
