The guy has 2400+ hits, 376 HR's, 4 Gold Gloves, 3 Silver Sluggers, etc. The funny thing? He's still 34 years old and playing at an elite-level.

You could make a compelling argument for Paul Konerko as well.

The only thing that really stands out are his AVG and OBP.

Plus, he is being moved to 1b now.

Sure, those numbers look good for a career catcher, but we'll have to see how he fares at first and for how long he plays there.

If his career ended today, I more than likely would vote him in because he played his full career at catcher and was never linked to PEDs.

Although, I'm not sure he would be a first ballot lock
