Have NOT read the entire thread but if anyone has any leads on the 2 below please PM me, I need them for my Jeff Cirillo collection:

2000 Venezuelan Stickers
2003 Topps Kanebo Japan 2

as well as 2000 Mariners Getwell Tour (a Blue Cross issue?) for you Pac coasters

Just a yeehaw cuz I actually found all of these in the last 2 years :)

So I'll add:
1998 Studio Media Test Issue #122 Jeff Cirillo

Now hopefully since I mentioned them they'll show up!

You're right. They don't pop up very often. I was fortunate enough to win a Bonds this year and it was still attached to the original cardboard back packaging.

Does anyone know why these Baseball Star Buttons are so tough to find these days? Back when they were issued, I used to see them a lot at shops, shows and flea markets, but now what you see mostly are the 1984 Topps Fun Foods pins. There should be tons of the Baseball Star Buttons boxes stashed away somewhere waiting to be dumped for pennies on eBay, but they so rarely surface. Took me years to track down the Winfields I needed. They were never popular but, when issued, they were fairly easy to find.

Not sure why they are so tough, but took me awhile to find a Ripken.

There are 5 copies of the 1992 Donruss Cracker Jack on Sportlots, anywhere from 18¢ to 35¢. For some reason, it's listed as 1992 Donruss CrackJack, but there's plenty there.

Is this the Ozzie people are talking about?

That is the 1986 Baseball Star Button, so probably yes. ...well, depending on how large it is. The Baseball Star Buttons were the little buttons that came in packs of three. I don't think ALL of them had the larger 3" versions, but there doesn't see to be anyone cataloging the larger buttons (aside from the set that started in 1978).

Did I miss the first part of this conversation? Been waiting for proof of this set for years

Nah, the other day I had scrolled through from the start if this thread. So that convo between you, and some others is from years back, but here ya go;) First one I've seen and its the same player mentioned back then that TPiechel said he owned at one point.

The way the back of the card reads, I think Guzman is the only player w/ a Promo..?? He is not in the set, but it says its the CHECKLIST PROMO CARD, what does anyone else think?

There might be something to this. There are too many players that are supposedly in this set for there to never have had one pop up for sale anywhere.
