Not an easy choice as theres several candidates. Since theres so many, I cant decide but here are the ones I think should be considered:

1. JJ Putz: Injury aside, he was having a pretty bad season for someone who was lights out for a couple of years.

2. Daniel Murphy: Superstar incoming. Platoon guy going out.

3. Oliver Perez: Where to start? Mets were insane to even sign him for any amount let alone millions.

4., Reyes/Delgado/Beltran/Maine: I dont know if they should be on the list due to how long they were injured.

5. Can I write it? David Wright? Yes numbers are there but not "David Wright" numbers. Wheres the power snd why so many strikeouts? He was THE GUY for 2009 and he never totally showed up.

What a mess. I thought they could at least get a win or two against Atlanta. They have to be the worst team in baseball. At least the Nationals put up a fight.

I of course liked Murphy and really thought he would be a solid player. He always got good reviews for his baseball makeup and hitting, but he has to be one of the dumbest players I have seen this year. I don't know if he's trying to hard or what but he has been awful.

Certainly not. He can't play the outfield really either. I've always thought he might be a decent second baseman, if that doesn't work then he might have to just be a bat of the bench or play in the AL.

he has NEVER p;layed 2nd base well. NEVER. he was drafted as a 3rd baseman, and the way things are going, they
may trade the pretty boy, and stick Murphy back there

Oh I know, but he's a hack at third. Maybe if he worked on it intensely he would improve.

Oliver Perez, they spent so much money on him and he has been such a disappointment.

David Wright is a close second. He was high in the MVP vothing a couple seasons ago, now he shouldnt even be an all star.
