I have to say Dodgers, they have a deep SP staff and a good lineup, their downfall might be their bullpen though.

If the Giants can make the playoffs they will be dangerous with Lincecum and Cain pitching 4 out of 7 games. If they make the deal for Freddy Sanchez I think they definitely make the playoffs.

I agree with Lincy and Cain, but there lineup is SOOO bad, that they will not win a playoff series.

If the Braves can get their offense going watch out. Not for World Series, but they might make the playoffs. They have one of the top rotations in baseball.

I think it's the Cardinals. I don't know if anyone is better at the top than Carpenter and Wainwright, then add in Piniero and his sub-3.00 ERA. They have a pretty good bullpen with a closer having an all-star year. They have the best player on the planet, just added Holliday as he was heating up, DeRosa is now healthy and hot, Ludwick is looking like he did last year, Ankiel is heating up. They also seem to have a solid to above average defense, with a catcher that shuts down the running game.

They're my under the radar team to win it all for sure.

Beckett/Lester, Lincecum/Cain, Hamels/Lee, whoever else, maybe as good, but not better than Carpenter/Wainwright. :)

There's no pitcher in the MLB right now I'd rather have in the playoffs than Beckett...

Biased of course but the phillies are in a position to repeat simply because they have the offense and pitching to do so. When that line-up is on, its as good as anyone's. My only concern right now is the back of the pen, Lidge needs to get it together and fast.

They also now run out Hamels, Lee and an emerging Blanton.

The cardinal offense has looked strong since Holliday arrived, couple that with a healthy DeRosa and this team is starting to hit.

Hamels has to be a concern. He looks like Beckett did after the 2007 playoffs.

Depending on how Chris Tillman does tonight, the Orioles could be in the mix.
