I have only seen one before, and to be honest, i think it was probably closer to 5 years ago. I have had it in my search forever.
fortunately i had my magic keywords in the search, because I would have never found it under "auto".

my search was (95,1995) koufax (sig*,auto*)

it was listed as a 95 56 certified signed koufax or something to that effect.

fortunately my sig* caught it

the last one sold for about $560, and i had my snipe set at 700, so happy with results, although I was hoping for 350 :?

Not sure how I missed that card. I search "Koufax" every day and I just must have missed it. Glad I did because I just don't have the funds now with Secret Santa and Xmas coming and I would have been kicking myself.

i have used the small scan of one i was outbid on in my 40 years of topps designs, and now I can say it is mine

still needs to be updated though as i have replaced a few of them with ones i liked better...
