Again, vote on who you think will win.

Vancouver vs. Spokane
I live in Spokane, I love the Chiefs, but I have to go with Vancouver in 6 games. Tokarski is amazing in net....but he isn't God... we have too many D-men out for our own good, something we need against a team like this and we give up to many penalties.

Tri-City vs. Kelowna
My pick for the most exciting, Tri-Cities is a solid team who can be a bit streaky at times. Kelowna is solid, but not as much talent as TC, and they are less streaky. look for Kelowna to put up a fight and win in 7 due to TC losing at least 1 at home in the beginning.

Calgary vs. Lethbridge
Calgary in 4, need I say more? OK I will....Calgary=best team in WHL, Lethbridge....well they are the opposite of Calgary. Let's put it that way. Plus, Calgary had the painful loss to the Canes in the Easter Semi last year, so revenge is on their lips.

Brandon vs. Medicine Hat
Should be a good series, but no major qualms or controvery here, Wheat Kings in an easy 6

haha, that's like the first game of Van vs. Spo. Played hard all the way until third period and score was 2-1...then 2nd game played bad.

Hopefully 2 games back here in Spokane will even the series out, we really need it 2-2.

Game over, Spokane 1-0.

Series now tied 2-2.

SOG- VAN- 41 SPO- 18

We need to get those shots up in the high twentys low thirties on Friday to have a chance of winning at VAN. Whats the rule? Gotta score first and score at least 2 on the road for a chance to win?

Holy crap!!!!

Vancouver vs. Spokane game JUST ENDED!!!!

Game went almost halfway into the 4th Overtime.

Blake Gal got a breakaway for the Chiefs, fumbled the puck right in front of the net, and Vancouver defender hit it into his own net!!!!

2nd longest game in WHL history

Man it was an amazing game

I was up until about 1:00 AM resetting my computer waiting for someone to score. I went to bed before the game ended. Now Vancouver has to win in Spokane, it will be tough but Vancouver will prevail in 7... I hope.

Rockets win the series in 6.

The VAN/SPO game was really good, but VAN won on a 2 on 1 breakaway in double Overtime. Should have been called for an interference penalty TWICE on the play, one on the D-man and one on the goalie; but alas, the refs held their whistles and the goal counted. Tokarski flipped his lid, as did the d-man (i think it was Jared Spurgeon) and Hardy Sauter basically yelled so hard he barfed his small intestine.

So it looks like now its Calgary Vs. Brandon in the east and then Kelowna Vs. either Vancouver or Spokane in the west. Should be a great game 7, but whoever wins this round is gonna be pretty beat up and tired, they have played a lot of Hockey.

True, in reality, it is only 1 game more than Kelowna....

BUT...if you factor in the total of three full OT periods and two half OT periods, VAN and SPO have played only 1 game more than Kelowna but a total of 7 Periods more

:D Game 7 in Vancouver. It will be a great game. I hope to be there on Tuesday with my son. I think whoever wins this series will beat Kelowna and play Calgary.

I agree too....wait for your predictions in my semi finals thread coming up =]

Just so you know jarcar, evander is a jerk- he's arrogant, cocky, self-righteous and an idiot.

But he is a damn good hockey player.

Im surprised he didnt get a technical called on him for all the back talking he did the whole game.

Should be good, I'll be watching it on TV here.

And I am also surprised that 11 playoff games and the Chiefs have had NO FIGHTS

Its good that it hasnt happened, but interesting

I totally agree about Evander, I was at a game earlier this year, near the end of the game the giants were shooting on an empty net, another player took a shot at the open net and it was going in with no defender around except Evander and instead of letting his teammate get credit for the goal he gave it a tap to get the goal. To me that is crap and not a good team mate. Like you said he can score and is a great player but not the attitude you want as a team mate.

It looks like I'm going on Tuesday, can't wait will be awesome.
