Agree with all but Reyes, Berkman and Cabrera. Reyes and Cabrera haven't done it long enough and I don't think of Berkman as truly elite.
I would add Curt Schilling, John Smoltz, Mariano Rivera to your list.

Well, this isn't "my list", it's just a list of some players that I thought deserved consideration. I think Reyes and Cabrera have done it long enough, and Berkman is elite.
