Who has fought the best competition the 5+ years in MMA?

I was just thinking about this and was thinking has anyone fought tougher fights then Randy Couture the last few years?I know for about 2-3 years that Jardine was fighting some tough fighters.

5+ years is to long of a span. 5 years ago Chuck and Randy were doing season one of TUF. So basically Chuck wasnt even champion yet.
3 years is probably a good span.

Rampage - Eastman, Liddell, Henderson, Griffin, Jardine, Silva = 5-1
Jardine - Houston, Chuck, Wanderlei, Vera, Rampage, Thaigo Silva, Bader = 2-5

Tons of guys have fought great fighters and you just dont know about it. Kyacey Uscola from the current season of TUF fought Mousasi and Chael Sonnen back in the day.

Shogun has fought tougher opponents than anyone. Look at both his win and losses.

In all fairnes, Henderson has the best resume IMO in the history of MMA.

All while also winning the Pride WW and MW titles himself!

No one even comes close to that IMO.
