Since I got back into collecting in 2008 there has been that one player everyone seems to chase and card prices go up who is your pick for 2013?
The big three I think will be either Myers, Profar or Machado.

Are you speaking in terms of sets released in 13? Or simply player breakouts? Because if the issue release year doesn't matter I cant think of a better candidate than Javier Baez. Large market, premium position, huge power.
