The only two teams I've yet to do now are the Braves and Yankees. I'm guessing there's not much point in doing those.

Rzepczynski is still [barely] eligible (49.1 IP in Toronto). Vote above.

Personally I think Emaus will move up. Chad Jenkins being a draft pick will be questionable. I think he is Top 10. Arencibia will be #1. Who else does Toronto have?

Looks as though I stand corrected. I thought I had, but I didn't see anything when I did a search. Guess I'll do them next.

Zach Stewart also gets a strong look at #2 or #3. Saw him pitch this year. He is the real deal. too bad he is in the American league b/c he can hit too.

Quite a change from one year to the next for the farm. Graduations from Cecil, Romero, Snider, and soon Rzepczynski kill the upper end of the system and down years from Cooper, Jackson, Ahrens, and Arencibia kill the mid-range guys.

I voted Stewart. I think he's got the stuff to be a #2 guy or a dominant closer. I think the Reds will deeply regret that trade one day soon. Otherwise, I would've voted for Henderson Alvarez. Scouts seem to drool over this guy. That said, Tim Collins is my favourite baseball prospect, ever.

I write for a primarily Jays website that is taken quite seriously in the blogosphere. I'm one of five minor league writers and at the end of the year we always compile our own top 30 lists for a feature. Last year they were virtually identical save for some changes in the bottom third. This year I'm confident there will be five completely different lists submitted.

I think David Cooper is a solid choice for #1. New Hampshire is horrible for hitting prospects.

You could add Moises Sierra to that list.

I dont know if NH if horrible for hitting prospects or if its the Eastern League as a whole. It's no colder here than Portland, New Britain, Norwich or Binghamton. In fact in Cooper's favor is the fact that the right field wall in NH is all of 310 feet away. Adam Lind and Travis Snider both feasted on that short porch. Arencibia put up very good numbers in his time here. I think the reality is that Toronto has done a piss poor job of drafting positional players in the past 6 years with the exception of Hill, Snider, Lind and Arencibia.

With that said, I think Cooper showed some progress as the year went on and looked a lot more comfortable with a wood bat. I wouldn't be surprised to see a .290-25-85 line out of him next year at AA.

Outside of Cooper, Arencibia and maybe Emaus its an amazingly thin system at the upper levels. The scary part is that all 3 of those guys could very easily flame out.
