who owns 1952 Bowman Cards?

i have a question for all that own any 1952 Bowman cards..

on the back, do all of your cards have the 2 line copyright info?

Hmm, interesting. 1951 Bowman just says (C) Bowman Gum, Inc. I guess Haelan Labs bought Bowman that year, then sued Topps over use of their 'exclusive' players. Apparently, this was a key case in the 'right of publicity,' allowing people to control the use of their own images, and get paid for them. link
