It's beginning to look like next year will be an uncapped year. What team do you think will follow the Yankees lead and throw tons of money at free agents?

If it's anyone other than Dallas I would be disappointed.

If he can drop what, $25 mil, on a TV bigger than most houses, then he will have a field day. I would look for most big name free agents to at least have a meeting with Dallas in the offseason.
I'm actually going to go through a list of free agents for 2010 and see what names there are.
Although I wouldn't like for them to be referred to as the Yankees. I hate the Yankees. The 'Boys won't fail at buying themselves a championship. We also won't roid our team up.

I was thinking the Redskins would be the most Yankee like in an uncapped NFL.

It could be the Raiders. Al Davis will throw away big money to anybody who can run fast. Somebody needs to get Power of Attorney over that guy. There's a point where the elderly don't have the mind to manage their own funds.
In 2008, the Cowboys spent $146,401,600 (2nd highest salary in league)
In 2008, the Redksins spent $111,963,684 (18th highest salary in league)
In 2008, the Raiders spent $152,389,371 (Highest salary in league)
I couldn't find the numbers for this season. I found it surprising that the Steelers had the 6th highest payroll in the league in 08! I thought they were one of the cheaper teams.
