bang for the buck has to be Uggla. he was brutal tonight. he watched a pitch right down the middle of the plate tonight and started walking to first like he had just walked. maybe he just needs stronger contacts.

Dan Fuggla is terrible. Hope he's loving his fat ass contract the Brave's foolishly handed him. I still like Uggla but damn he'd better turn it around quick or else I think he'll become the next Mike Hampton/Nate McLouth of the Braves. In other words making a lot of money without zero return on investment.

Maybe he is off the juice. If so, he should get back on it asap.

Totally agree. But it doesnt look like he is off of it. He actually looks bigger this year. Who knows. Maybe he should talk with Hinske.

Glad to see Ruben Tejada is swinging the bat well so far this year. Would be nice to see him keep it up.

Austin freaking Kearns of my free-falling Indians. The man is a human out machine. As a matter of fact, you can add Shin-Soo Choo to that list at this point. The man looks utterly lost and confused at the plate...

Greg

Hey now.... The guy gets zero playing time. He's pretty much just a backup playing maybe once a week. He still gets his share of walks even though the hits aren't there....

Uggla has had a couple games in a row on the upswing. His overall #'s won't be pretty but I think he'll recover somewhat.

Maybe .230 25 HR line...

Ian Stewart is currently at .071/.161/.107 in 56 ABs this year. He did poorly to open the season, then did well down in AAA, but is back and continuing to struggle.

I couldn't believe it took this long to mention him. He's gone now but 4/54 = .074 is historically bad.

What do you mean gone? He's 0 for 3 against the Braves today.

Whoops, I was under the impression that he retired from embarrassment.
