Molitor. I just remember him ripping up the bases and have never seen a pair of hands that quick since. Seriously. Molitor was a right-to-the-ball hitter. Watch his swing.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say they didn't think Molitor deserved the Hall Of Fame. And yes, he had some influential years as a DH in there.

(Sorry Edgar)

Derrek Lee is one of my all-time favorite Cubs...

I know he was falling apart, but I was sad when they let him go.

I was PISSED when the Cubs got rid of Rich Hill. I honestly feel like they screwed him up. I still have a huge collection.

If Hill comes back, he might be a great bullpen arm for the Red Sox. He was off to a good start last year before he went on the DL.

I coulda picked up the Blue Ink version of that Hill Sweet Spot at the show today for $2; too bad it was faded like most of those Blue Inks.

Yeah, my blue ink is horrendously faded, but I have three of the golds, a silver, a glove, and a bat that all look great still.

Unfortunately, I also have a red ink /15 that is now a pink ink... ::facepalm::

Yeah, I'm not sure what the OP is about now. If it's just guys who don't currently play for your team, I guess just look at my sig sans King Felix.

Juan Guzman was one of my favorite players on the Jays. Also Junior Felix and Tony Fernandez.

Shelley Duncan.

He was a lot of fun to watch, I was disappointed when he went to Cleveland. Most of the '90s players I admired retired with the team.

Leaving aside star players, I'll go with Kevin Tapani. Guy was as solid as they come for the Cubs.
