Why did BGS grade this?

Obviously back-doored from Topps. I mean c'mon BGS you should know that those cards are serially numbered. I was gonna email the seller and give an offer, but I don't want an "altered" card. Sucks too cause I really want a highend Sandoval Chrome refractor and an Elite auto.
