Why did this Harper end so high (BGS 9.5)

Im curious to get your guys take on why this Harper went so high.

I had a chance to get one of these for like $95+ S/H Last week and passed.

Why all of a sudden would this be this price when they had been going for $90-$100 lately. I just checked ebay and only 1 person has this for sale where last week there were a few sellers selling them.

Does this has to do with ST starting? Will the continue to go up? Did I miss the boat?

1. It came from 2010 Bowman, of which wax is getting hard to find.
2. Those USA Chromes are condition sensitive and are inserted 1:4 packs.

Three look Gem Worthy. I wonder what the unopened rack pack with the Harper visible would go for at auction.
