His sterling rc autos can be had for around $10-12.

2010 stats: .309 average, 9 hrs, 39 rbi for the brewers

This has been brought up a few times. The kid will never be a superstar, even tho I think he's a great player. $10-12 is pretty fair for his RC logo auto, especially since its like his 5th year card technically.

It was rediculous tho when you could pick that card up for $3-4 dlvd all summer long. Easy money to be made there if you like to flip low end stuff.

Again, good player but so much buying is done nowadays looking for the next Pujols, and this kid is good but isn't it.

bmc- i think he will continue to surprise people hes on pace for 30+ hrs and 110+ rbi. he had a solid season last yr when given a chance to play (116 games- 16 hr and 66 rbi .300+ avg). He played 9 games for the cubs in 2008, so its not like hes been around in the majors forever, I still think these cards have plenty of room to grow in my opinion

I can agree...but growth to where? $20?

He's a fringe all-star and will make a squad or 2 in his time...and I think this statement is conservative but he's just not a guy who the hobby is going to fall in love with. Put him in a better market with a better team and things may change but I think thats one of the 2 pieces missing from the puzzle for this guys stuff to get big time $$$

He's Kevin Youkilis and even with the boston market youkilis gets little love. I remember watching casey at FSU and never thought he'd do as well as he's done in the bigs. He's a hardworker and an overachiever, no doubt.

The problem is that he was never a prospect....I know that it sounds stupid, but it makes sense.

Look at tyler colvin. He was hyped, big time. Had a good year, then two prettÿ brutal years in AA and AAA. He has a good spring training, makes the team and his cards go nuts.

So why is this? It's beacuse he already has a fan base, a collector base, and people know who he is. They know he was a top pick, a big time prospect, and is time has come.

Where as mcgehee is the exact opposite. Nobody knew him, and still many don't know him. It's not fair, and pretty silly honestly, but that is how it works...
