Why does Fausto Carmona suck so much?

I see where they are coming from, but if you have been pitching in the majors for a couple years, how could it possibly help your mental state when you are demoted all the way to rookie ball?

It's better than just letting him continue to falter at the major league level every single time he takes the mound. The Indians went through this with him back in 2006 when they tried him out at closer and he MELTED down big time. They are trying to nip this in the bud by giving him as much attention as they can. They are going to have a lot of different guys working with him so that he can approach each start from a mental standpoint without losing his composure.

This is Fausto's last option and the Indians know that the mental aspect of the game is a major issue for him right now. This is their last chance to get him turned around in the minors, and I say go for it. It's better than letting him flounder up here consistently. He has demonstrated for some time now that he isn't getting any better in the bigs.

Fausto's only option was the ASL so hopefully he can get it together. Reminds me a lot of Dontrelle. Walks guys, putting runners on base, and with runners on base he really struggles. I really like Fausto and hopefully for the sake of him, my collection, and the Indians he can get it back together.

Agreed, hopefully he comes back better than Willis though. I also collect Fausto, but keeping his cards low isnt the worse thing right now. BTW, check your pm's man, I've been trying to get ahold of you about the Huff jersey
