They were keeping him up incase any of the other OFers got dealt this weekend. He will be sent back down tonight/tomorrow.

Reagins just said that he'll still be on the roster on Tuesday, THEN they will make a decision/move. They originally said he'd just be up for the road trip, but apparently things changed.

Where did FCB Trout bandwagon go???

Hard to talk up a player when he's sitting on the bench. After his solid series up in Baltimore, he hasn't really had a chance to play.

Reminds you a lot of Alex Gordon with the mismanagement.

Ummm...not really. He was only called up to fill in for Bourjos. Bourjos came back in the Baltimore series, and Mike has only started one game since (out of 7). If he gets sent down after Tuesday, and he doesn't start that game, that'd have been his 8th total missed game since he's been up. Not exactly as severe a mismanagement as many people are making it out to be.

Agreed.

still surprising for a guy with so much speed.

Thing with him is, most of the grounders he hits are hit hard, so they tend to have enough time to throw him out. He beat out what should have been two infield hits that the fielders tried to rush leading to them being ruled errors, and he also has a few lineouts to the outfielders. His last few games he started he had been hitting everything hard (the game he got his HR in Baltimore he had hit 2 to the track/wall earlier in the game), but stuff obviously wasn't falling in. He'll be fine once he has a spot and is able to start every day, but unfortunately that just isn't going to happen this year with the big club.
