they were issued with a separate COA you have to have that COA for BGS to grade it.


i have sent mcgwire buybacks to BGS that had the UD seal, i did NOT send the accompanying coa and they still graded it. Have they changed their policy?

all sent to bgs without the accompanyying coa's, but they do have seals on the back.

This card doesn't come with a COA in the pack. There might have been a UDA version of this card released at a later date that would have to have the COA with it. Maybe this is one of those and not the pack-pulled version. The auto looks different as well, he would have signed the UDA ones years later, which makes me think this might be the case.
