Will Clark Collectors Thread

I'm probably in the minority, but the less new stuff Clark is in, the better for me. I have enough stuff to pick up as it is, tons of jerseys, autos, patches, low numbered cards, etc. It's better on my pocket book when Clark doesn't make a set. When the new Ultimate Collection Patch cards came out, it was bittersweet that Clark didn't make the set. Too many fakes surface, costs a bunch of money anyway, I just felt lucky I didn't have to worry about my player being in it.

Yeah you do have a point boss. Like i recently saw a Zito 2009 ultimate patch /15 and it looked so phony. I didn't touch it. I wanna get all these Giants players bobbles with a like a nice card to along with it. I wanted the card so bad but again it looked fake so sad. Some really nice cards out there but its hard to keep up with you big spenders, lol! As long as it stays in the so-called family. Good times guys.

Also please guys I know many of us are super busy with work, family, collecting and all, but again if i can say, lets not let this thread die. As a hardcore Will Clark fan/Sf Giants fan and living in Los Angeles its this is one if the only spots that keeps my sanity, thanks again. So if you pick up any $1 card to a mega sick ass pickup say hi and rock it out, show it off. Lets keep having fun.

I picked that Schmidt/Sandberg/Smith/Clark one up recently myself. I've missed a lot of them in previous searches, b/c most people don't think Clark is very good and don't put him in the title. I love the quad game used cards. Picked up 3 or 4 in the past couple of months. Love that card!!

Did you see the sweet 6 piece material card Josh (theplasticman) has?? Now that's awesome. Has Clark on it along with other Giants including a Mays with a laundry tag!

I think so, but i'm not sure if i'm tripping but seems to me liek the mays patch comes from a mitchell and ness???? am i wrong? But yes it is a nice, nice card. I hoep i can get the patch version of the sweet spot card.

I don't think he's a member here, but I've dealt with him both as a buyer and a seller, top notch collector selling off a few of his cards to help fund other things in his life

Will Clark was my favorite player growing up despite playing for the Giants. My buddy gave me this card today and I hope it's the start of a growing collection.
