Will Razor Not Replace Packed Pull Cards In Bad Shape?

This may seem like a dumb question to most, but I sent an email to brian and another email link regarding a packpulled card I recieved a few days ago. About a fourth of the whole top border is peeled down and all you can see is white. I am just wondering if they dont replace cards or whats the deal?

Of course we do....

We have THE fastest customer service turnaround time in the business...

We will try to replace exact card... If we do not have.. we send a replacement GUARANTEED comparable and equal or MORE valuable at the time of replacement...

I pulled a Mike Montgomery auto from SS and it was smudged. It was replaced within a week.
