WILL UPPER DECK REPLACE A CARD IF DAMAGED???

I HAVE A 2008 CHRIS JOHNSON GOLD QUAD PATCH AUTO 1/10, BUT WHERE THE QUAD PATCH
"T E N N" IS THE CARD IS SLIGHTLY CREASED AND I DON'T SEE HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN UNLESS WHEN IT WAS BEING MADE. IF SO HOW DO I GO ABOUT CONTACTING THEM?

Either call customer service and open a claim or e-mail the Damages department (I recommend calling).

They might ask you for a receipt and/or the pack you pulled it from.

I think they might but with there situation I would rather keep the damaged card then worry about them going under and having nothing

thanks i called them and they said they cant replace a card numbered that low and 2008 is right on the bubble of being able to replace. But they did say that they can send me out 2-3 autos to make up for the damaged card . so i sent an email with a scan and now lets just hope they come through.
