I understand. Its all good. The kids I know played there btween like 2000-2005 so, things may have changed a bit since then. I know one of the managers down there as well. When he was managing Caracas he lived in a hotel in the middle of the city. He didnt have any security or anything like that. I havent talked to him in a while, and I think he is managing a different team this year, so who knows.
