TOTALLY AGREE! Along with collecting them, I used to track Bo Jackson cards on a spreadsheet, by serial number. In so doing, I was able to report over a dozen sellers, with specific auction numbers, dates, accounts used by sellers/bidders, etc. Nothing to my knowledge was ever done to the sellers, except to change the way they show bidder account names. This was supposedly done for the bidders privacy, but my guess was that it was done simply to limit the number of shill bidders reported (because you can still figure out who won the auctions). You can still track them somewhat (at least the winners if feedback ls left/received), but it's a lot more work to track the cryptic usernames and feedback numbers associated with the bidders list. E-BAY does not care about shilling or they would not have changed the way they show bidder lists on items!!
