also, his feedback is 99.4, which basically means 1 out of 167 people is going to have a problem with this guy.
anyway you slice it, that sucks. I know i wont take that chance. 99.4 is pathetic, he has 100's of negs, just another seller with an obviously terrible system.

I am waiting on an $1.49 RC Auto /100 for over a month from him. I had to do a paypal claim. He finally responded to a message. Strange thing, i won 3 other higher end items three days later, and they were all mailed out.

he sells alot and gets alot of positives. but i would not say he is great on ebay. i think he has 50-100 negatives in the last year. but he has 20,000 positives. i would say that is alot of issues. and yes he name comes up all the time on boards. he is usually slamed for bidding up his cards than reposting them if he does not get what he wants. i have no proff of that. but that is a issue i hear.

i would contact the a lawyer. one phone call or letter will get it done. you have to have a friend who is a lwayer or a friend of a friend. might get him to do it for free.

don't let him get away with it.

take a look at his feedback and you judge if you would buy from him.

Believe it or not, but if he had 20,000 positives and 50-100 negatives that gives him 99.5-99.8 percent......so unless you have 99.9% feedback or better on ebay, he is beating you in feedback. And you figure, probably 20% of those at least are underserved...I know my last 3 negatives (of the 7 I have total) have come from buyers that didnt even pay for the card!!!!---one of the problems of sellers not being able to leave buyers negative feedback.

I am not sticking up for him, just pointing out that ebay feedback can be a bit misleading at times.....better to take a look at the seller's DSRs, that is what the tell all is.

I get that. i have 99.5 so yes he beats me. he actually has around 200 negatives and 100 neturals. some people are fine with it. i would never buy a thing from him. even though he is 99.8 don't want to be one of those 200-300 people not do get there cards. plus all the stuff i have read about schilling would make it hard to bid also.

lasstly i agree the feedback system is a mess i hate.

his name is chad...formerly of galasports...he went off on his own and opened wolverine24. chad himself is a good guy...never experience any problems with him...however he runs such a large business that many other people are involved with listing and selling and ebay questions and disputes, that not much usually gets to him. if you can get ahold of chad personally, im sure he will correct this matter promptly.

When I was finally contacted by email in February, I'm pretty sure it was by Chad, and he said he would take care of it, but never did. I'm going to call him tonight so well see.

I can officially say that after 3 1/2 long months that Chad got the deal done. And because of all the trouble, he told me not to worry about resending the paypal. Thank you for finally making this happen, and thanks to all the board members who helped to make this happen.
