The seller was on my do not buy from list and i accidentally didn't notice the seller when I won an auction recently... Paid for my item and he gave me an NPB stike for it and didn't send it to me. For some reason ebay is taking it's time to get it removed, then I assume i'll have to file with paypal to get my money back.

Tonight, I came across this obvious fake he just listed...

That is a bad fake at that. I may just bid on it and hope to win it so I can get my money back after I receive it and report it as a fake. Low, maybe but hey fight fire with fire.

i bought a few cards from them before. they seemed ok. i have noticed alot of patches up there that look funny. he may just buy big collections and they are in them? idk. i do know he takes a while to ship though. took 2 weeks for my order

That's a good thought, except I've almost never seen a legit patch. It's like 90% fakes...most blatantly fake.

Why did D&A sell its singles inventory?
Are they having financial problems, or do they just want to concentrate on unopened material?
