No Cardinals this year---Reds are better at every position this year. Its going to be a nail-biter of a second half.

I think it'll go to someone in the NL West. Who? I don't know.

if they are better at every position, why would it be a nailbiter? :|

Im assuming you mean position as in position player, as in hitting/fielding. as if you were to add in pitching it wouldnt make sense.

yeah, the Reds are a legit team. I still think the home field "advantage" is true, but microscopic... or at least very small.

ending in 4 games.
1 1 1 1
even
ending in 5 games.
1 1 1 1 1
road
ending in 6 games.
1 1 1 1 1 1
even
ending in 7 games.
1 1 1 1 1 1 1
home.

of course theres more to it than that but I dont think its something to celebrate about.

Reds in 2010

Gotta love you dilusional Reds fans. You guys actually have something to be very happy about for the first time since the 1990, 72 games to go, up by a game in the division the break, and dusty baker is going to mismanage the kids' arms by the end of the season.

I'll put my money on the cardinals to come through in the 72 game mini-marathon for the central crown.

Atleast I not the only person who feels this way.

Look at 2006 and 2008. Both teams split at home in the first two and were then swept on the road. In a five game series the home team has advantage. It only matters when it goes 6+
