Worst Plate Ever?

This came up in a Facebook group today. I've never seen a plate that appeared to be completely blank until now. Always at least a little some part of the picture would be visible. But this appears to be, except for the logo.


It's actually the back of a card, and the way the set looks, the whole set's yellow plates might be like that. Any guesses on the set? Hint: yes, it's actually a football card. Bonus: guess the player. DQ: if you're in the FB group and saw it already.
