Hi all,

Bought some packs of Goodwin today. Received a Greinke jersey card, but the window around the swatch came out of the pack completely torn up. Is it worth trying to send it back to UD for replacement, or would they just say, "Sorry, thems the breaks"?

Haven't dealt with UD customer service in several years and just wondering what your experiences have been.

Just give them a call, or send them an email with a scan, JL. They may replace it, and or send you a couple packs for your trouble.

To be honest I would rather have a couple extra packs as I don't collect Greinke. Just want something instead of the torn up card!

Yeah, call/send it back......you could get a new Grenke or something else.
