Would this eBay feedback bother you?

For almost 2 years now, when I leave feedback as a buyer, it has almost always been a Chuck Norris fact. I got bored with the trite "great eBayer" crap, and a bunch of people seemed to like it.

I just recently left another round of feedback, and one of the sellers messaged me and saif he didn't appreciate the non-professional feedback. Basically, he said "eBays is serious bizness!"

He's being a turd, right? Would anyone here have a problem with that? I don't care, 'cause I'm going to do it anyway and there's nothing the seller can do about it really (unless he's really unhinged and reports me and eBay has no sense of humor about it, even then I still don't care).

FWIW, the feedback was: "The only thing that gets between Chuck Norris and justice is an equal sign."

I like them personally. Does that mean I leave feedback that way? Nope. I like to make mine short and sweet lol. But whenever I see feedback like that I get a good little chuckle out of it.

Wouldn't bother me in the least. It's not much different than people who plug their ebay stores in the feedback or use too many !!!!!!'s.

If there is one thing I want in my feedback.. It's professionalism and nothing says professionalism like floating stars, rainbows, and the word super followed by 23 plus signs.

It's a lot better than my "Thanks" I give to everyone. If there was nothing wrong with the transaction, I don't see there really being anything that needs to be said beyond the 'positive' feedback rating.

First of all, unless they are negs, I never read my feedback. And I have no negs.

Second, I find the "truly an asset to ebay" and "excellent ebayer" kinda funny. I'd imagine that ebay does not, at their shareholder meetings, tell folks "well, we got Dan, and he is truly an asset in our portfolio". Also I'm not sure buying things on ebay is a skill, much less one that someone can excel at.

Ebay feedback, outside of positives/neutrals/negs is pretty much worthless to me.

All I care about is the little green plus sign next to them.
