Do you think the value would increase enough to justidy the fee don charges?

I don't know if the fee would be justified when viewed against a monetary value increase but I think it would be really cool. I was fortunate enough to get a ticket stub from his perfect game from my grandfather and had him sign it. It was many years ago so the fee was minimal but it is probably the favorite item in my collection.

Ten years from now, I think you'll regret it if you don't get it signed.

This is my thought also. If you want to keep it, it is WELL worth it. If you want to sell, it might be iffy.

i would 100% get it signed.

I have seen more then my fair share
of Don Larsen memorabilia in auction
house catalogs.

the only instance where i dont think a autograph
would be neccesary is if the ticket was in Gem Mint
condition. i saw one that was in great condition
go for a small fortune.

i also saw a GU ball from the game in a auction.
it was going for thousands. BUT it was also signed
by Larsen.

MINT tickets go for premiums without auto's.

Basically anything besides a mint condition ticket will benifet the "value"
of the item if it is signed by Larsen.

If i owned any item from his game that was not
a mint ticket stub for which i know sells high even without Don's auto , i would definately
opt to get it signed. I love signed momentos especially
tickets. Hell i think i would even get a mint ticket
signed anyway just because thats what i like.


but Don is not getting any younger. and once hes gone you can never get
your field pass signed. So think hard. but i think its a no brainer.
and as pricey as you think the fee is,
the reality is ,compared to other guys , Larsens fee
is dirt cheap. Also to have something
from his game is flat out rare.

But for Real bro , GET IT SIGNED.

Cool item, but for my preferences, I'd still go with a big Photo, maybe the one where Yogi is jumping into his arms.

The ticket would be a cool item, but hard to really display by itself, and IMO the photo would make a nicer presentation, maybe with the ticket cut into the matting at the bottom...
