I have 2 of Earl Weaver's senior year high school yearbooks. there are many pictures of earl inside the book.

he is doing a signing next week, but th echarge is $35 for each signature.

i have tried to write him, but have had no luck.. and i do not want to loose the books via TTM.

would you pay the $35 to get 1 or both books signed?

if you would, where would you get the signature? the covers of the books are a dark blue, so only a silver sharpie would show up ont eh cover..

WWYD?

Yes I would.
One of the greatest and most loved coaches ever.

Get the inside cover signed and get lots of pics.
Please share your score. ;)

Sure, $35 for a Hall of Famer is a bargain. I'm sure he'll have stories to tell you; I'm also sure that you and the yearbook might get some needed closure and sleep if you go.

He signs through the mail for a $20 donation to a Florida Children's Hospital.

Slight correction, I just looked it up, it's $25 to Miami Children's Hospital.

I've noticed him doing a few signings in the Baltimore area. Getting him to sign your book might be a better in-person experience.

i agree 100% but there is little chance of him doing a signing in Texas...

There are quite a few members here in the MD/BALT. area. Next years nationals are in BALT. and they have numerous big shows in the area that I'm sure Earl attends. It's a pretty good signer. Ask around, you might find someone willing to help you out.

I might actually be going to that Baltimore National. IF you like, I wouldn't mind getting it signed for you (and asking your questions), if I go. Do hope the FCB members also do a meet-up there.
