Wow...2009 SP Legendary Cuts Looks INCREDIBLE!!!

I usually don't post threads about my own personal likes and opinions, but I have got to give it up to Upper Deck for this years set design. Looks like its the usual hits per case (2 cut and 1 mystery cut redemption) with 4 GU cards per box (versus 2-3 last year). Anyways...here is the link to the sell sheet I found today:

I love this product and am VERY excited to try it this year. Maybe there is better luck on how the mystery cut redemptions are handle concidering they are still shipping the first few waves of them right now Opinions appreciated

Leg cuts is always a great product, I mean, I don't know anyone who doesn't like the excitement of pulling a cut auto.

Scratch the numbers...I see on the sales sheet...but what is the price point?

Hey, I have a great idea! Let's make a product that bites off of the DLP Century design, and then make cut autos with no pictures.

Yeah, and be sure to show the case hits on the sell sheet. People won't buy as much if they realize there are likely getting 4 plain swatch jersey cards for $100.

Seriously though. I'm glad that you are excited for this Alex, but it looks like crap to me. The design of EVERY product I have seen so far this year reinforces my decision to stop busting wax.

I would never touch boxes of this stuff, but the Generations dual autos rock...I liked last years too but wasn't in the hobby when Legendary Cuts was released last year.

I forgot what happened with 2008 SP Cuts, but I thought Topps had exclusive rights to the old timer players, so how is UD able to still use their cuts?

They can use their cuts as long as they dont use their pictures.

Can't UD buy the cuts and use them as long as they don't use the player's image...like Donruss did.
