Not positive, but I think both were in the Majors before they hit triple figures. Pretty sure Lincecum chrome autos hovered around $30 for most of his rookie season and the ensuing off-season.

You guys are right, Lincecum was up in early 2007, and Joba came up right around when bowman chrome was released.

I guess we have to push it back to either Longo or Upton? No one else prior to them.

I really can't think of anyone else who busted triple digits before being called up to the majors.

Yeah I can't think of anyone either. I really think this might be the first time ever.

Ah. I coulda sworn I just missed a few Refractor Autos during the 07-08 offseason that went in the mid $50s.

Regardless, point still stands about the triple digit thing.
