Am I correct in remembering that Romine is more advanced in his pitch calling, while Montero is more advanced with the bat.

If, and that's a big if, one of them was called up, I'd say they would choose Romine.

I completely agree with that, but they are both still very young. Cervelli can't hit his weight....
