Is it just me or are Yankee broadcasters so "fair weather"?

They go from "meh meh"-ish when down then 5 minutes of screaming -- instead of just talking. Nice game, though. Very up and down.

All Home team announcers are that way!

Chisox announcer always say "the good guys"
Rays announcers, when Rays lose, Hope you enjoyed the game but not the result

Theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Yankees Win is the radio guy for the yankees

Its just the way it is

Atleast they aren't like other announcers that mumble when the other team hits a HR, and they nearly have a heart attack when their team scores.

5-2!

I never count my chickens before they hatch. I hope they can close it in the 9th.

The Sox have scored 2 runs in 32 innings, they'll get 4 in the 9th? No..

And did Jon Miller just say that Teixeira's HR "traced the arc of the Matterhorn"? Really? I wasn't overly angry at any point tonight until I heard that.

That is my OFFICIAL STUPID COMMENT winner of the night. Hardly a blast.

I'd put the whole team (sans Pedroia and Youk) on waivers if I were the Sox.
