Average detailed seller ratings
Your average Low ratings (1s and 2s)
Item as described 4.95 0.00% (0)
Communication 4.95 0.00% (0)
Shipping time 4.93 0.00% (0)
Shipping and handling charges 4.65 2.98% (5)

I just checked my dashboard and realized that the last few buyers had left me real low feedback for s&h. I guess a $2.75 rate for all items won (be it one card or 30) is too much?
Is the only way to fix this by offering free shipping?
Thanks

Unless they have said your account has been limited, just keep doing the same things, hopefully you'll get less critical buyers and your DSR percentage will decrease.

It seems like the only way to avoid this is to offer free shipping. Then they can't rate you anything but a 5.

I only sell about 20 items a month if I'm lucky but and still have shipping at 2 bucks and I have a great seller rating. Ebay even just sent me an e-mail stating so.

Sorry to hear this man hope things work out for you

Thanks for the responses guys. I haven't heard anything about my avccount being limited so I guess that's good.
Perhaps I'll lower my rates or try the free shipping thing. Thanks again!

Or just don't put enough postage on it and then the buyer will have to cover the difference. Seems sellers have been doing that lately. Or it might just be the ones I'm buying from.

I don't remember what you charge but I definitely left you 5 stars for my purchase. But I've started offering free shipping because you don't get the top rated discount on the shipping charge.

i ship for $2 flat rate regardless of cards won and my dsr's for shipping are 4.9 or 5.0, some items i will offer free shipping on but once in a while. so dont go down to free shipping yet unless you have to, drop it to $2 and see what happens.

this ratings system is complete horsecrap

why are you allowed to complain about shipping and handling charges? you don't have to buy the product. you know what it is ahead of time.

sorry to hear that since i'm in the same boat. i've already gone down on my shipping. but it just doesn't make sense to sell cards where i'm taking a loss.
