Dont get me wrong I got paid, but it took 26 days, 2 ebay messages, and a NPB filing.

If you're not allowed to post these user names, MOD please delete but I can backup all thsi info should this person be a member of this site.

As you can see he was winning AND paying for items won after my auction and his feedback has been taking a beating lately.

He hit the BIN on 7/23. On August 1st, I sent this:

Hi,

you won this auction over a week ago and I was just wondering when I can expect payment as I have the card packed up and ready to go; just waiting for your confirmed paypal address.

Please advise when you have a moment.

Best regards,

Heard nothing so on August 5th I sent this:

I have yet to receive payment nor a response to my message.

Tomorrow will be exactly 2 weeks since you won thsi card but if I dont receive payment by Saturday I will be forced to file a NPB and relist the card.

Please get in touch with me.

Best regards,

Finally I just filied a NPB on August 9th. TODAY, the 18th, he sends over payment.

This guy won one of my auctions on the 7th and did not pay until YESTERDAY.

I gave him seven days, filed a NPB claim and I relisted the card...Now, with only MINUTES remaining close the NPB he paid for the card. Now I've got to take down the relisted item.

Definetly blocked from buying from me ever again...Don't need the headaches.

I'm considering letting e-bay open up NPB cases automatically in three days time. Any detractors? Reasons for/against?

I'd love some feedback as to what the general feeling on this topic is.

Yeah I am curious as to what he determines is worthy of paying for quickly and what isnt.

And there really isnt anything a seller can do because it seems at the end of the day, we do get paid. But when someone is giving multiple sellers a headache, IMO he should be getting the boot.

I would've just refunded his money and let the auction run.
