Yikes, scary moment in Jays/Rangers game

Halladay just sawed Blalock off for a pop-up and about 90% of Blalock's bat snapped and flew directly backwards into HP ump Kerwin Danley's head. Danley was unconscious before he hit the ground and still hasn't moved after quite some time.

He is now being loaded onto a stretcher but doesn't appear to be conscious.

Last year was at Dodger Stadium where Russell Martin got crossed up and Kerwin took a 96 mph Brad Penny fastball straight to the mask. What made it even worse was that his mother was at the game and had to witness the entire scene. Hope he is okay.

I remember that, now. The craziest thing was during the delay, Vin Scully rattled off Danley's entire resume like he was narrating a story. Talk about preparation.
