That's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL.
Maybe he/she/they woke up one day and figured they can't do that all the time. They have to make some people happy to defend them on one or more of the forums. I bought from them many times before that with no problems also. I am not implying he/she/they are bad all the time to everyone, just to me that one time. Unfortunately for them and myself, one time is all it takes.

No...I believe you. Just don't know why the huge difference in CS with them. I've heard similar issues such as yours. Only time I think I ever got a steal with Burbank, they sent the wrong version of the card(a version I didn't order) and I messaged them and they said they didn't have the one listed. I was like whatever. I was sorta ok with what they sent as I didn't have either version of the card but obviously the one I purchased was the rarer and harder to find of the two so it would have been better to have it. Lo and behold the next week another package arrives from them and they sent the correct one too. Like I said, they usually do good by me which is weird since my buying is sporadic at best with them. Not like I'm one of their best customers or anything...

Seriously. That was the story he told me. The best was that somewhere along the way the bag broke and he lost my card? Soooooooo did you keep riding or like did they fall down a black hole or a sewer? Dude was like Sosa on the stand... the second I asked question he forgot how to speak English well and couldn't put complete sentences together. Incredible.

Haha, that is classic.

Had this happen with a low numbered Brandon Webb card a couple months ago. I'd seen other versions on eBay for quite a while that were pretty expensive, but this one finally came to auction and I felt I got a good deal. 2 weeks go by, nothing. So I contacted the seller asking what was up, and I just got the money refunded with no explanation. It was a RC #'d out of 15 and I was really excited to finally get it. Glad I got my money back, but would have much rather had the card.

I think that's about the only one (hopefully). I always get nervous when I don't see tracking numbers on my cards, as I have right now with a patch I really like.

Yes I got a refund on the item. I kind of saw it coming early on as he provided a tracking number yet the tracking number never showed up as being dropped off at the PO for delivery. Sent him message then asking why he gave me a bogus tracking number. Got no response. Filed a claim after the allotted time and he did not respond to the claim either. E-mailed him one final time to try and resolve with no result.

If I did win it again and it proves to be the same seller is there something I can do via Ebay to have him removed?

Oh man you missed the perfect opportunity to screw with him! I would have email the original seller and said, "Look at this auction for the card you sent that was lost in the mail, this guy stole mail and that's a FEDERAL CRIME, I have contacted the police and FBI, you should do the same since he stole from you!" Then sit back and see how fast he removes the new auction from ebay and deletes the new username.

That really stinks, nice card too. I have one very similar I won a little over a year ago for a great price as well.

This happened to me with a Belle auto from Supreme /10. I won for like $8, which was a steal, and the seller messaged me saying he lost it on the way to the post office and refunded my money. End of story. I messaged him back and he started typing in bad English and telling me he road his bike to the post office with a brown paper bag with cards in it and he said it was raining and the bag fell apart and he lost the cards or at least mine. Never to be seen again... until I see it relisted down the road. Pisses me off.
Sorry for the shady seller screwing you over, but that story is GOLD!

Original seller never claimed it was lost in the mail. They just flat out kept it because he didn't like the end price. They also never responded to any of my attempts to contact them or to the case filed against them on Ebay.

Sucks that happened. I always look at the feedback and run if it is below 99.9%. He had a 93.4.. Kinda low ofr my taste..

At the time I purchased they didn't have the 93.4. One of those negatives was right around the time I purchased and another was from me after this. Those 2 dropped his feedback % by a decent chunk.
