Your best and worst collecting decisons?

Best: Starting my DK Auto collection. Picking up my DiMaggio auto for $70 DLVD and my Mantle for $50.

Worst: Giving away my collection from my childhood back in 2002. I cringe when I think of all the 90s inserts I had in there.

So being generous was your worst collecting decision of your life? :lol:

Best: Box of 2005 DLP pulled Delmon Young Limited RC /99. Graded the card; came back Gem Mint 9.5. Sold it for $1200.00

Worst: Any prospect I purchased and did not sell when they got hot [early prospect mistake--kinsler; hafner; you get the picture.

Hah! Yeah I am still married! She was ready to pack her shtuff and get out that night though. She thought it was going to be Armageddon when I got home and found the mess. Its all good. I've been able to come back strong since the incident.

where did you sell that Braun auto at? I think I may have bought that from you.
