Congrats Barry. You moved to ESPN to get ur name out so you could make the HOF..... now go back to MLB Network.

so what's the justification for Larkin getting into the HOF? Certainly didn't have a noteworthy career to me other than I think his 11 ASG appearances and winning a WS ring in 1990. If anything, maybe among the best NL shortstops of his time (AL had Ripken for those years as the best shortstop of the time).

I knew Salmon wouldn't get any respect. Considering what he did for the Angels, I think he deserves more votes. However, I see how he is overshadowed by other players.

1995 MVP is nice on the resume, plus three gold gloves
