With the exception of Messier2, you are by far the creepiest person on here
Awww, thanks! :P

It's not a compliment. Between your fascination with Brian Wilson working out, your constant harping about latino players and the picture in your sig -- I'd say you are a certified Chester.

I was about to say the same thing

Good for you bro.

That's your response to everything.

"Good job bro"... "Good for you bro"

...We're not your bro's and your posts about Brian Wilson working out and Yu Darvish naked are weird to say the least

....but does he throw a Gyroball?

I think the Yankees should pick him up. The Yankees should give him a 2 year contract at $15m a year. The contract comes with a team option for three years out, and automatic renewal and salary increase if certain incentives are reached.

Essentially, the Yankees would sign a 5 year contract however they could "opt" out of the contract after two years unless Darvish is pitching at a certain level.

Thats about the only way that I would like to see the Yankees sign a Japenese pitcher.

No way Darvish would agree to that. He will get much better offers from other teams

In the past the price paid to the team to negotiate has been as much as the Contract or more.

Matsuzaka - $51m negotiation fee - $52m contract
Igawa - $26m negotiation Fee - $20m contract

What is Darvish looking at?

$50 negotiation fee and ?

Holy cow those came out big.

Is that blue refractor the one I happened to sell you earlier this year? If so, that's awesome that it came back a 9.5. I always thought it looked really good.

Don't have a scan but I pulled the red refractor and sold it for over a 100. Used the money to help buy my orange in my sig. If it wasn't for obtaining the orange Id still have it.

Nope, just his Japanese base RC. Really good shape though, might get it graded if he comes over.

Yu will probably break the Japanese $$ record.

Strike that, smash it.
Agreed. Darvish (based on reports) is the best Japanese pitcher to come to the US (assuming he does) and with the trend in the Majors for team to lock up their young stars resulting in fewer big names hitting the market, a free agent top flight pitcher will get a very large contract.
