I am excited to get into this. I will post my cards as soon as they arrive. I have been itching to send some TTM's as of late. I have another small project I am thinking of starting as well but was waiting for this in case I have more than one card of the players I am looking at sending something to.

Lancemountain - Just curious while I wait for the Ames to begin... Why packs from 1989? Do you suspect it'll be more challenging because its aged cards/players, etc? Or easier?

I'm excited. Thanks for including me.

All packed and ready to roll.

Picked 1989 randomly...almost everyone is still alive, no one is old other than managers and high percentage of free signers.

I just hope that I don't pull guys that want you to pay too much for them to sign. I bought the Harvey list again this year and I have been getting a good bit of email updates of people that are charging and you have to send it to someone that manages the mail for them. I was surprised at some of the people that are charging $15 or more to sign a card.

Thank you again to Lance for putting this together and supplying the packs. It was definitely a trip down memory lane busting these things open yesterday.

Here are my scans. First batch will be heading out tomorrow. Good luck everyone!

So i broke all the cards down and seperated them in piles. Looking at ~20 quick signers, seven unreliable signers but with somewhat recent successes, three dead guys and everyone else has little to no successes.

Three HOF guys that charge

I have 36 that have little to no success, 1 checklist, 1 incarcerated, 3 dead, 3 HOFers, and 3 chargers.

Then I have 15 that are 50/50 at best, but do have somewhat recent successes, and then 27 that I think I have a good chance at getting to sign. It's going to be fun!
