no peel on the piazza. no peel on the maddux. FYI - NEITHER ARE MINE
Does anyone have an idea how many of the fakes are out there? Over the years it seems I've seen an equal amount of each version and until last night in the Griffey Thread I hadn't seen an un-numbered version.
Why do you say counterfeit rather than replacement?Does anyone have anymore insight into which version of the 1998 Finest Centurion Refractor is the actual pack pulled copy? The non-zero version seems to be the hardest to find which to me suggests it might actually be the non "counterfeit" copy.

found this on photobucket. not sure if it is indeed a porcelain card since i've never even heard of them until now.

These six cards were available through the Topps catalog at an issue price of $79. The six players in the set each represent a key player from each year of the Stadium Club brand history. A special display which cost an additional $19.95 was also available for this set. What do y'all know about this set, 1996 Stadium Club Porcelain? After a little research, I found that it was a 6 card set:
1- Ken Griffey Jr.
2- Frank Thomas
3- Kenny Lofton
4- Barry Bonds
5- Paul Molitor
6- Randy Johnson
I've been looking for pictures to see if the Thomas actually exists and I've come up with nothing. Anybody have any info on how these were distributed, if they exist, quantities? Thanks guys!

I know this one was pack-pulled (by the person I got it from, directly) and Graded BGS 9 (for a while). I've since unslabbed it, because I displayed it with all the other Finest refractors I had.
Just a little pickup...
sweet card. i am not super familiar with these so forgive me for being demse but is that the international refractor /5.
